Dylan White wrestled for Mt. Baker but he graduated last year.
When are they going to refresh and create new rankings
Most likely after Tri-State.
they havent yet
Jordan Booth has been wrestlnig at 113 for Castle Rock. Jon Mars and Carson Horton are pushing each other at 120 and Nathan Carroll is now varsity at 126. Very competative practice room. CR has a solid program, good coaches, experienced volunteers and supportive wrestling community. From the youth program, through the middle school program and feeding into the HS program, they work together smoothly. Consistant well oiled machine supporting these kids with lessons of life. Its fun to watch and to be a part of.
Did beau gore move to a different size school? If not, he’ll be head hunting pacer said after that ridiculous finals match last year.
Orting changed from 1A to the 2A division this year.
who wouldnt let pacer wrestle i watched it i looked he still wanted to wrestle and either the coaches or emt’s wouldnt let him.
Coach wouldn’t let him wrestle….Pacer wanted to continue. The Athletic training staff, not EMT’s, said to play it safe….But Athletic Trainer volunteers (which are not Athletic trainers) are not even as qualified to make any kind of decision….So, you do the math.
Evergreen league: I’m hoping you now realize you are on the 1A rankings page…interesting post.
Thank you. I hadn’t heard anything about then changing from 1A to 2A as I’m mainly a football guy and they don’t get much attention there anyways. Thanks for the information.
I wrestled Tyler Cronk at 195 and beat him 10-3. Why is he ranked above me? I beat him at the cashmere invitational this year.
when will the rankings be updated??
Check out dillon powell from cle elum. He is sweeping through the scac division undetech he a monster of a 132lbs and could take out Jessy Gonzales of zillah with ease. He beat him 5-2 last year in a dual meet and is even better this year.
Who has Dillon Powell beat? You say he is tearing it up in the scac division but if he hasn’t beat a ranked kid than doesn’t it matter.
He beat Joey Walton of MT.Baker and is scheduled to wrestle Adrian Guerrero of Granger this week. Will probably be the true test of weither he’s as good as he looks
They wrestled at Cashmere. The brackets say that Joey Walton -Mt Baker pinned Collin Powell -Cle Elum. They were at 138.
Districts are in 2 days. Are you going to update this before??
Why update it? Wrestlers are going to be moving weights. Why not update after this weekend when everyone’s locked in.
Louthan beat darvell in a dual at castle rock last Tuesday while he had strep throat. Not sure how he’s ranked ahead of him. Maybe you just didn’t hear of it. In any case, it happened.
The wrestler in 138 weight class ranked 11th his name is spelled wrong it should be DILLON RALLS
The 220 rankings are so wrong from like the 4 ones down.
Calm down shields
Just prove yourself in 2 days
It looks to me that I did prove myself. Beat Joel Ward in the finals 5-4
Adam Collins is not in the 160lb class anymore, he only wrestled 160 for one meet and returned to 170lbs. He also beat the #1 ranked 170lb wrestler Alex Myrick from Royal (15-3), As well as winning districts with a first round pin.
Can anyone else verify this? I talked to myrick mid January and he hadn’t lost to a 1A kid this year. If it is true, when was it and where was it?
Clearwater Classic January 19. Semi final match
Exactly.
Christian Alejandrez, Gabe Martinez, Cade Wallace and Antonio Melendez all from Quincy dropped one weight class for post season. Alejandrez, Wallace and Martinez all took first at Districts and Melendez took second place. Carter Bushman also took first place at Districts.
Hoping for one last install before state?!?
I’m surprised by the amount of what appears to be first time participants at state in each weight class. In most cases half or more. Did a statewide great group of seniors exit last year, or is this typical?
How about that Andres Tereza.? 120 pounder for highland.
