Important info regarding the Washington Senior All-Star Team for 2013
ORCA Duals Team
To be considered for the team we need you at this time (January 27, 2013) to make a payment of $50 using the “Buy Now” button up above. This $50 is your committement to be on the team that weekend if selected. Any applicants that are not selected for the team will will receive a refund for that amount. Anyone that is selected for the team and is then unable to go will forfeit the deposit. Please take care of the payment by February 1, 2013. I also need you to complete the information at the bottom of this form regarding the forms to be completed. To apply for the ORCA team you need to complete the information from the 4 links at the bottom of this page, scan them and email them to me. We need to have this information in by January 31, 2013. You can email me with your questions or send me an email with your phone number if you want me to call you. It is getting closer all the time and we will now need to start getting commitments from those that want to be a part of the 2013 Washington Senior Dual Team for the ORCA Duals in Redding, CA on March 9, 2013. We have had some really top kids apply and we have high hopes of having a great team again this year. Please reply to this email and send me the information listed at the bottom (if you have not already done so). We need to get information ASAP so we know who is committed and we can start dialing in who is going to be on the team and who will be the 1st and 2nd alternate. 4. USAW Competitors Card (this can wait until you are actually selected and costs $15)
