Nooksack Invitational

Nooksack Valley 160, Meridian 157, Eatonville 139, South Whidbey 136.5, Darrington 130, Sehome 88, Lynden 85.5, Foster 66: Nooksack Valley won its own tournament at the Nooksack Invitational with just three more points than second place contender Meridian. Nooksack Valley won three championship medals.

Mount Si 41, Shorecrest 30: Shorecrest took fifth place out of eight schools at the Yelm Invitational. The Scots, picked to win the tournament by the event organizers, were plagued by injuries and two athletes who missed weight.

Shorecrest 49, Timberline 18: Shorecrest's Brian Carlton batted off a three-match losing streak with a victory over his Timberline opponent in the 140-pound weight class, and Shorecrest took its sole win in the Yelm Tournament.

Sky Valley Invitational: Behind dominating first-place performances from Ryan Conley (125 pounds) and Adam Colliers (112), Sultan finished second in the Sky Valley Invitational. Conley, who outscored his opponents 48-0 in three matches, was named the outstanding wrestler of the tournament. Sultan coach Wes Fischer also praised Colliers. "(Colliers) wrestled really well." Fischer said. "That was probably the best of his matches all year."
