Concrete sent a clear message that they will be a force to reckon with come Tacoma Dome time in February.  Dave Dellinger has put together a well-oiled machine of technically sound wrestlers that showed well in a tournament with some of the best BB/B Wrestlers in the state.

 

Matt Kostelnik from Oroville was named NOHI Outstanding Wrestler with Oroville claiming 4 gold medals.
