Hard to believe but it seems that not everyone in wrestling is aware of this site and the effort we make as a group to get the information in one central location for all the wrestling fans to see. We need folks to write down my email address (daveg@washingtonwrestlingreport.com) and make sure they hand it to the tournament directors at ALL tournaments and ask them to email the completed brackets to us for posting. The more people we have talking to the administrators that have the data, the more results we will see on the site. Keep the requests going so we can all see what’s happening!
Feel free to post comments about the rankings on the comments page or on the message board but also send that information directly to Dave Gilbertson if you want to make sure that I and the other rankers get the data. The ranking team doesn’t read every post on the board but I do read every email that I receive and I forward all of them onto the rest of the team after I review them. The new format for the Washington Wrestling Report is continuing to evolve over time as we head into the 2012-13 season. The original pages are all still up at the former site but I am making the transition to this new web publisher and will maintain links between the historical data on the old site. The new format has many additional features that we will describe as they become available and all information for 2012-13 forward will be in the new format.
There are comment sections for the various posts that will appear so please try out the different areas and give me your feedback. My email address is on the contacts page plus each comment on this site sends me an email notification of the comment to approve before posting. Use the categories selection box to filter posts according to various pre-determined categories. Check out the Recent Posts section to read the newest posts as they are created. There is a search window that can find any text that is on the site. That will only work on the data I enter on the new site for 2012-13.
